Who we are
Human Touch NEST is a coliving network created for people starting a new chapter in a new city. We build places where you can feel at home from day one. We operate in Warsaw, Poznań and Sopot. Each location is designed from scratch, with everyday life in mind: work, rest, meetings, and time for yourself.
Our buildings are intentionally small — up to 60 apartments. This creates communities where people recognize each other and naturally build connections. It’s not an anonymous space, but a place that works like a well-designed “nest” — NEST — where you can settle in.
Design that invites you to live
At NEST, shared spaces are just as important as private apartments. We design them so you want to spend time in them — not just pass through. Materials, light, proportions and function are considered as one whole. Every detail shapes how you spend your time. These spaces make everyday life more open and connections more natural.

At NEST, you are never on your own. Every building has a community manager — a person who helps you settle into a new city and offers real day-to-day support. For international residents, this means practical help in the first weeks: administration, university, city life, and everyday questions. For everyone — it means knowing someone is there to support how the building works as a whole.

NEST is an all-in-one concept — a space for living, working, studying, simply for life. Here, everyday life has a social dimension, and life naturally happens in shared spaces.
