The building offers 67 apartments across seven floors, including 56 single-occupancy studio apartments with a kitchenette and private bathroom, as well as 11 one-bedroom apartments with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, and private bathroom, suitable for one person or a couple.
Who we are
Human Touch NEST is a coliving network created for people starting a new chapter in a new city. We build places where you can feel at home from day one. We operate in Warsaw, Poznań and Sopot. Each location is designed from scratch, with everyday life in mind: work, rest, meetings, and time for yourself.
Our buildings are intentionally small — up to 60 apartments. This creates communities where people recognize each other and naturally build connections. It’s not an anonymous space, but a place that works like a well-designed “nest” — NEST — where you can settle in.
