HT NEST is a modern building that offers living in the worldwide popular concept of coliving. On the 7 storeys, there are 55 flats with bathrooms - out of which 51 are studio flats with an open plan kitchen and 4 are one bedroom flats. We designed the building from scratch striving to tailor it to the needs of students and young professionals who study and live in Warsaw.
What is HT Nest?

Human Touch NEST is an attempt to create a community of young people, to create a unique NEST collective where everyone lives their own lives the way they like it and at the same time contribute to the NEST pot with their individual energy during the evenings spent in the club on the basement, while chilling in Nest Chillout Room or... doing the washing in special designed loundry.
HT NEST is an urban All-In One concept: which is a space for working, studying, living, creating, combining and also having fun. For living. You decide what space you want to use at a given moment.
A crucial component of the HT NEST concept is to provide security for our tenants. The assistance in practical issues and a constant care provided by the community manager will be especially appriciated by those who are not Polish citizens.
Coliving
The Coliving concept puts a focus on the combination of the advantages of privacy that rooms with their own bathroom and an open plan kitchen provide with synergic social energy that is generated by spaces designed as communal areas: the student club, canteen and chillout room. Their character and functionality were designed in a way that turns them into a space that gives lasting connections, where friendships are made, and where tenants find a platform for meetings and exchanging experiences.

At the same time the standard that the building offers - the quality of service, interior style and size of the rooms offers a unique to the market mixture of attractive facilities and a high quality of living combined with an unordinary HT NEST twist that is so characteristic of all the solutions applied in the building.
Who is it designed for?
Our offer is open to people between 18 and 35 years old. Non-Polish residents are welcome. Our Community manager has experience in working with people who have moved to Poland from abroad. We welcome city or hybrid-living lovers and newcomers.
We would like to invite students in any field of study and young professionals: 25+. Our aim is to create a community that will enable the tenants to make genuine bonds.
In our offer
you will find
leases for 5, 10 or 12 months.

About us
HT Nest was created as part of HUMAN TOUCH GROUP
Human Touch is an idea that places the human being at the center - their needs and values. Companies, organizations, and brands in the fields of business, education, and non-profit activities operate according to this concept. This is how Human Touch Group was formed: a unique collaboration between business and education. Its founder is Piotr Voelkel, an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and patron of cultural and educational projects.

He is the founder of the VOX brand, operating in the interior design sector; the initiator of Concordia Design - a center for design and creativity in Poznań and Wrocław; the founder of the Voelkel Foundation; and the president of the Wielkopolskie Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts, whose collection contributes to the permanent contemporary art exhibition at the National Museum in Poznań. Piotr Voelkel is also the main investor in the award-winning Bałtyk office building, located in the very center of Poznań.
Within HTG, two universities operate: SWPS University, based in Warsaw with campuses in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, and Sopot, and Collegium da Vinci in Poznań. Part of HTG is the School of Form, the first international design school in Poland.
