The apartment design project at HT NEST was created with the aim of highlighting a cozy atmosphere and allowing residents to give their interiors a personalized character. Attention was given to ample storage spaces and practical, functional solutions - even in smaller nooks.
Selected apartments feature private terraces, and each floor is distinguished by a unique color, giving the entire building a cohesive yet distinctive identity.

All rooms are fully furnished. Kitchenettes come equipped with cutlery and basic cookware. We also provide bed linen. Need a vacuum cleaner? You can borrow one from the shared laundry room.

One-room apartment
This is a compact, thoughtfully designed space for a single person or a couple. With a layout ranging from 22–33 square meters, you’ll have plenty of room for all your belongings and can create the perfect areas for studying, working, sleeping, and relaxing. Every morning, you can prepare your favorite coffee. The sleeping area is separated by either a colorful bookshelf or a fabric curtain—depending on the type of room—creating a cozy corner. Two-room apartment
This apartment allows you to separate a dedicated sleeping area while using the second room as a living space for relaxation and work. Apartment sizes range from 33 to 51 m², making it an ideal choice for couples. We’ve included thoughtful features—like a mobile bench—that let you easily adapt the space into your own personal haven. Of course, HT Nest’s common areas are always available, offering residents the option to extend and complement the privacy of their apartment with additional services and amenities.

Three-room apartment
Spacious apartments ranging from 48 to 66 m² are perfect as shared living spaces for two couples or singles. They feature two separate bedrooms, each with a 140×200 cm bed, and a living area with a kitchenette, providing a comfortable space to live. The living room, accented with glass blocks on one wall, gives the interior an industrial character while adding extra natural light. This is a space where you can easily build daily connections and shared routines—just like a close-knit group of friends from a favorite TV show.
