The investor of the project is Fintrust Akademik, a company owned by Piotr Voelkel, founder of VOX, an interior design company, initiator of creating Concordia Design business centre, founder of SWPS University, School of Form, Collegium da Vinci, da Vinci Primary and Sechondary School and creator of VOX Artis Contemporary Art Foundation.

About us
So far the investor has carried out such projects as Bałtyk office building (in cooperation with Garvest), revitalisation of the old printshop Concordia Design by Kaponiera roundabout, Collegium da Vinci building and Artis Hall on Kutrzeba street. As a part of a group of companies we built Concordia Design Wrocław on Słodowa Island in Wrocław, LAB 150 prototyping facility and eN Studio, a centre for the creative industry.
