NEST residents have a choice.
They can enjoy complete privacy in their own apartment, and when they want to step out, they’ll find a green inner patio in the heart of the building with a summer outdoor cinema – the perfect place to relax or meet friends. There’s also a comfortable lobby that invites you to slow down for a moment, whether you’re waiting for a friend or simply taking time for yourself.
For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, the building’s third floor offers coliving and coworking spaces with a spacious, plant-filled terrace – ideal for working, studying, socializing, watching series, or chatting over a shared meal. The coliving area also features a fully equipped shared kitchen, ready for spontaneous culinary gatherings.
On level -1, we’ve set up a communal laundry room, where household chores take on a social dimension.
The amenities and attractions of the inner courtyard, coliving, and coworking areas are always available to our residents. At the same time, thanks to access cards and a monitoring system, the building remains secure and protected from unauthorized persons.
Only the bistro on level 0 is open to the public – it can be used by both residents and outside guests.

The NEST community is a combination of individual stories and unique experiences, while also being a big family that supports each other and feels safe together. NEST is designed to connect people while still providing a sense of privacy.
What attracts us most to the idea of coliving is the opportunity to create an authentic community and build social energy. The sense of safety for residents – including in their interpersonal relationships – is just as important to us as the comfort of the space itself.
The unique character of the space comes from an individual approach to design. Thoughtful artistic interventions – present in various forms and on multiple levels – give the place an unmistakable atmosphere and represent its unique added value.
The School of Form at SWPS University, operating within the "Science and Education" pillar, is part of the Voelkel Foundation. That’s why, for a joint artistic project for HT Nest, we invited students from SWPS University to create something truly unique together.
The screen printing works were created in the School of Form’s printmaking studio in Warsaw, under the artistic supervision of Marta Kwiatek.
The results of their creativity can be admired in the common areas of the HT Nest building. In this way, we aim to support the development of young artists — providing them with a daily space to showcase their work, while also sharing with a wider audience what is important in the creativity of the younger generation.
