NEST Community
We aim to maximize the benefits of the diversity of personalities that will form the NEST community. This blend of individual stories and unique experiences will merge in a melting pot of shared moments within spaces that bring people together.
The aspect of creating an authentic community and generating social energy is what attracts us most to the idea of coliving. The sense of security for our residents is very important to us, especially in the social dimension – students who mentor younger peers can benefit from rent reductions. In this way, we also build a unique cultural code for the NEST community.
Art&Desing
The uniqueness of the space lies in the individual approach to design matters. A conscious artistic intervention in various forms at different levels adds a unique value to the overall experience.
For this collaborative project, we invited screen printing studios from Warsaw to create something unique together. The vast majority of the serigraph works were produced in the screen printing studio at the School of Form, SWPS University, under the guidance of Marta Kwiatek.
The results of the work by young artists will be on display in the shared spaces of the HT Nest building. Through this, we aim to support their development by offering a daily space to showcase their creativity, while also sharing more broadly what is significant in the work of the younger generation.
