HT NEST is a modern apartment building that is part of the HT Nest coliving network. The Poznań location stands out by offering fully equipped one- and two-bedroom apartments, complete with all necessary household appliances in both the kitchen and bathroom.

The building has four floors, featuring 52 apartments in total, including 4 one-bedroom units and 48 two-bedroom apartments. On the ground floor, there is a bistro and a spacious lobby with a dedicated work zone. Additionally, tenants renting apartments have the option to purchase a parking space in the underground garage.

What is HT Nest?

Studio apartments start at 32 m² and can be easily arranged into functional zones for working, sleeping, and relaxing, creating a space that truly feels like a personal retreat.

One-bedroom apartments ranging from 38 to 56 m², offer a more spacious layout. They consist of a separate bedroom and a living area that can also serve as a workspace and a place to unwind.

Both apartment types are designed with maximum functionality in mind, while also providing a cozy and inspiring environment that makes residents feel at home.

HT Nest was created as part of the HUMAN TOUCH GROUP.

Human Touch is an idea centered around people, their needs, and values. Guided by this concept, businesses, organizations, and brands in the fields of business, education, and non-profit operate. This vision led to the creation of Human Touch Group: a unique collaboration between business and education. Its founder is Piotr Voelkel, an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and patron of cultural and educational projects.

He is the founder of the VOX brand, specializing in interior design and furnishing, as well as the initiator of Concordia Design, a hub for design and creativity in Poznań and Wrocław. Additionally, he is the owner of the VOX Artis Foundation for Contemporary Art and the president of the Wielkopolskie Towarzystwo Zachęty Sztuk Pięknych (Greater Poland Society for the Promotion of Fine Arts), whose collection contributes to the permanent exhibition of contemporary art at the National Museum in Poznań. Piotr Voelkel is also the main investor behind the award-winning Bałtyk office building, located in the heart of Poznań.

As part of HTG, two universities operate: SWPS University headquartered in Warsaw, with campuses in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, and Sopot, and Collegium da Vinci in Poznań. HTG also includes School of Form, the first international design school in Poland. Its study program is based on a unique curriculum created by design world icon Lidewij Edelkoort.

The group also encompasses Da Vinci Primary School and Da Vinci Academic High School, a modern production hub eN Studios, and the emerging villa-style housing estate Wille Bukowska in Poznań.
