The attractions and amenities of the Nest Club student club, Nest Chillout Room, and bistro are always available to our residents. At the same time, thanks to access cards and a monitoring system, the property is safe and protected from unauthorized access.
Shared spaces
Thanks to the shared spaces, NEST residents have plenty of options. They can enjoy complete privacy within the walls of their apartment, but to meet friends, all they have to do is head to the bistro or visit the lively and vibrant Nest Club. For those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere to watch a series together while cooking, there's the Nest chillout room.

The Nest community is a combination of individual stories and unique experiences, yet at the same time, it’s a big family that supports each other and feels safe together. Nest is designed to bring people together while also providing a sense of privacy.
The aspect of creating an authentic community and generating social energy is what draws us most to the concept of coliving. The sense of security for our residents is very important to us, including in the social dimension – students who take care of younger peers can count on a rent reduction. This is also how we build the unique cultural code of the NEST community.
Art&Desing
Art and design have always been close to us. Artists are involved in all of our projects. They inspire us and teach us how to make dreams come true.
This time, we invited students from the School of Form at SWPS University to collaborate on a project. They designed murals for the stairwells and a part of the visual identity specifically for the HT NEST building.
This concept stands in contrast to the era of plastic Instagram filters, the philosophy of copy-paste, and mass-produced designs for everyone. NEST is for people who value the highest quality in their everyday life – under reasonable conditions.
