The room arrangement project created for HT NEST aimed to emphasize a sense of coziness and allow the interiors to have an individual character. Hence, the numerous storage spaces and practical, functional nooks. Some rooms have their own balcony.

A key advantage of NEST is its unique interior architecture. The rooms have been designed in a contemporary style while ensuring a warm, personal atmosphere that makes you want to return. The rooms at NEST are far from ordinary. Our uncompromising philosophy is human touch, which, combined with the quality of the design, furniture, and accessories, makes the living spaces at NEST truly exceptional. This is a place that will become your home, your haven. From the very first moment, you will feel safe and at ease.
The rooms are fully furnished. The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery and basic dishes. We also provide bedding. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are available for borrowing from the shared co-living spaces.
Types of apartments

01 Single Room
For one or two people
A compact, well-thought-out space designed for singles or couples. With an area of 16-24 square meters, it comfortably accommodates all your essentials while providing an ideal setting for studying, working, sleeping, and relaxing. Every morning, you can prepare your favorite coffee and effortlessly make this space your home.
If you ever want more, all HT NEST shared spaces are open to you!
- Single rooms feature 90 cm or 120 cm wide beds.
- Some rooms are equipped with a 140 cm double bed.
- For couples, an additional utility fee of 400 PLN applies.

02 Two-Room Unit
This layout allows for a separate sleeping area, with the second room designated as a living space for relaxation and work. It’s the perfect option for couples. Of course, the shared spaces at HT NEST are always available, offering tenants the opportunity to extend and complement the privacy of their own apartment with additional services and functions.
